A vital strategic means to that end is a new Field Sales Manager in charge of developing our brand’s increasingly growing European business.  



OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN is looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Manager who can be a driving force for the brand and the development of sales across Europe. You will be part of a strong European sales team with specific attention to German-speaking Europe. 

The focus of the position is to manage and secure future sales & account development across Europe. You will maintain customer relationships and manage commercial negotiations with existing and potential customers and counterparts. You will be responsible for customer operations with selected fine jewellery multi-brand accounts, strategic chains and department stores.  You will also actively participate in the execution of commercial strategies, visual merchandising and brand events.



As an individual, you are naturally energetic and result-oriented, a hands-on sales personality with substantial business understanding and a true commercial mind-set. You have a strong sales drive, and thrive developing and maintaining commercial relations. You always keep your eye on the ball and know how to structure the execution of alternating assignments in a position of large responsibilities. You possess vast knowledge of the European luxury market and a thorough understanding of European – and particularly German – luxury retail distribution channels. You master German and English – and preferably other languages – on business level. Knowledge of Danish / Scandinavian culture and design traditions would be beneficial. 

You possess relevant educational qualification and have successful experience in Sales of luxury goods in Germany and Europe. You are based in Germany or central Europe and are prepared for intensive travel activity within Germany, across Europe and to Copenhagen. 

You are a team player, a dedicated personality who enjoys working independently in an informal, yet highly professional, international environment.
