A vital strategic means to that end is a new Country Manager to lead the brand’s increasingly growing business in Germany and German-speaking Europe. 



OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN is looking for a highly motivated Country Manager who can be a driving force in taking the brand and company to the next level. You will be part of a strong European sales team and be the backbone of German market development by leading the improvement of all local KPI’s. The focus of the position will be to manage and secure future sales & market development in Germany. You develop and execute a market strategy and lead the resource management and overall sales operations and functions. You will initiate and maintain strategic customer relationships and manage commercial negotiations with existing and potential customers and counterparts. You will have wholesale P&L responsibility and maximize operations efficiency.

You will have operational sales responsibilities with selected key accounts, strategic chains and department stores. Also, you will be managing the overall selective distribution strategy in Germany within fine jewellery multi brand stores.

You will develop, communicate, and secure the execution of commercial strategies, including brand adherence and brand image development, brand events, trade marketing, co-marketing in close cooperation with corporate marketing & PR as well as PR & communication agencies in Germany.

You will join selected corporate cross-market business development projects and actively participate in the development of retail flagship stores and franchise partner stores in Germany.



 As a person, you are a result-oriented market leader who possesses substantial business understanding and a true commercial mind-set. You have a strong sales drive and the ability to execute and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, in terms of creating and maintaining relations on all levels you are extraordinarily skilled. You know the international fine jewellery business, and you have a thorough understanding of German retail distribution channels and the luxury market. Knowledge of Danish / Scandinavian culture and design traditions would be beneficial. You master German and English – and preferably other languages – on a business level. You possess higher educational qualification at degree level and have significant senior experience in Sales and/or General Management of a distribution channel of luxury goods in Germany. 

You are based in Germany and are prepared for intensive travel activity within Germany, across Europe and to Copenhagen.

You are a team player, dedicated and enjoy working independently in an informal, but professional international environment.
