Customer Operations is the link between product management, sales management, visual merchandising, trade marketing, field sales management and our customers/international sales channels.
With your experience you will develop and influence the department with an internal strategic focus and at the same time provide the best possible customer service. Moreover your responsibilities will be:
Daily Sales Support to customers and field sales managers
Various daily administrative tasks relating to customer service
Follow up on Sales, Trade-marketing and VM related campaigns towards our customers
Focus on a holistic sales approach towards customers
In collaboration with Field Sales Management secure the merchandise management at customers based on stock and sell through reports

The job requires an experienced customer service/sales support profile and a skilled language profile in preferably the Scandinavian languages, French and English on a high level. Additional skills in German are considered a plus. You have good experience with MS Office. Experience with Sales Force and especially Navision version Dynamics NAV 2016 is an absolute must.
