Payment & Shipping

Prices are tax-free for destinations in the USA (and select non-EU countries) — shown in the basket and at checkout without tax and duties.
The price reduction is intended to offset potential local taxes, customs, and duty fees that you, the customer, will be responsible for upon the parcel's arrival in the USA.
We are here to assist with general queries; however, for specific inquiries about customs regulations and import charges, it is best to consult the experts at your local customs office.
The tax-inclusive price reflects the standard retail price in USA stores.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Diners Club, Maestro, Discover, PayPal - and Dankort (DK), MobilePay (DK), American Express (DK, UK, US, EU), Carte Bancaire (FR), iDeal (NL), and more.
If you are experiencing any issues with our online payment do not hesitate to reach out to our customer care, who can offer alternative payment methods such as payment link - this is also how orders placed on the phone are paid.

DELIVERY

For items 'IN STOCK':

Denmark 2-3 business days

Europe 3-4 business days

Rest of the world 5-7 business days

Delivery on 'MADE TO ORDER' items can vary from 8-30 days. You are always welcome to contact our customer service for an update on your order. Before production, our customer service tries to locate the item in our flagship stores, often reducing delivery time significantly.

TAILORED JEWELLERY

If you cannot find your size or wish to order the jewellery in a different coloured 18 karat gold alloy (rose gold, white gold, or yellow gold), please feel free to contact our customer service. Please note that custom-made products may entail an additional cost and cannot be cancelled or returned, as the jewellery is made specifically for you.
