The 6 mm star has a slightly convex, hand-polished back and comprises 6 brilliant-cut diamonds, raised from the surface to allow light through the facets. The stud earring is paired with a Hot Lips earring pendant crafted from 18 karat yellow gold and red coral. The stud earring can be worn alone or with the pendant. The pendant slides onto the stud from behind the earlobe, allowing it to be attached and removed effortlessly. Please note: As gemstones are natural materials, each stone is absolutely unique.
