HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT RING SIZE
We hope to be able to give you all the knowledge you need so you can find the right ring size - even if you're shopping from home.
1. Find a ring, possibly a ‘band’ type ring, which is exactly your size. 
2. Choose your size by placing the ring on the sheet: the inside diameter of the ring should match the diameter of one of the circles.
OR
1. Use a ruler or a caliper to measure the inside diameter of the ring and find the equivalent diameter of one of the circles. For example, if your ring has an inside diameter of 16.6 mm, this will correspond to size 52. If the diameter falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. 
 
The size of the ring may depend on the design of the ring and its fit on your finger. A wide ring may require a larger size and several rings worn on the same finger may also require a larger size. Please take a potential wide knuckle into consideration.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BRACELET SIZE
Find your bracelet size by measuring your wrist with our Wrist Ruler. The ruler must be printed on a full letter size page. To check that the Wrist Ruler is printed correctly, please use a ruler to measure your sample. The width should be 2 cm exactly.

How to use the Wrist Ruler
<ul><li>Cut out the paper Wrist Ruler </li></ul>
<ul><li>Insert the pointed end through the slit you have cut at the other end indicated [cut here]. Place your hand through the Wrist Ruler and pull the pointed end until it fits comfortably on your wrist.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The number that lines up with the edge of the slit is your wrist size.</li></ul>
Please note that the Wrist Ruler is an indicative guide only and therefore may not be an exact measure.
When measuring your wrist keep in mind what kind of bracelet you are about to purchase. If it is a bangle, please size a snug fit. If it is a chain or link bracelet, please size with a touch of breathing room to allow for movement. 
If you are unable to print the Wrist Ruler you can use a small ribbon or cord instead. Wrap it comfortably around your wrist and measure the length using a ruler. 
SPECIFICS:
Life bracelets: Measure a snug fit and then choose a size 1-2 cm larger than measured for a comfortable fit. Life bracelets should be tight on the wrist.

 Most chain necklaces have an extra eye enabling the necklace to be worn short or long. Check product specification on the specific necklace you are considering for more info.
Please note that the Necklace size chart is an indicative guide only and therefore may not be an exact measure. The circumference of your neck and size of pendant will impact how your necklace will sit.

Handmade raw silk boxes and pouches made from velvet and silk accompany our gold jewellery. Silver jewellery comes with a small cotton bag and box.

USA - Duty and tax notice

The globally accepted standard for assessing diamond quality is The Four Cs, a grading scale created by GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Each of the four Cs – carat, clarity, colour, and cut – contributes to the unique beauty and value of a diamond. We only use natural, high-quality, carefully sourced diamonds, and we always strive to pick the best diamonds within each step on the grading scale.

What are The 4 Cs?

Carat is the standard mass measuring unit used to determine the weight of a diamond. 1 carat = 0.20 grams. Even a fraction of a carat can significantly affect both the appearance and cost of the diamond, as its value increases at an accelerated rate with carat weight.

What is carat?

Clarity refers to the absence of inclusions and blemishes within the diamond, which can impact its overall appearance and brilliance. The fewer of these so called natural ‘birthmarks’, the more light will pass through the stone’s facets. The clarity scale ranges from Flawless (FL) to Included (I), with several grades in between:
FL Flawless IF Internally Flawless VVS1 VVS2 Very, Very Slightly Included VS1 VS2 Very Slightly Included (refers to minor inclusions visible under 10x magnification, but typically not to the naked eye) SI1 SI2 Slightly Included I1 I2 I3 Included

What is clarity?

Colour refers to the natural tint in white diamonds. Diamonds are valued by how closely they approach colourlessness – the less colour in a white diamond, the rarer and more valuable it is. Fancy colour diamonds, such as pinks, yellows, and blues, lie outside this colour range.
The diamond colour grading scale ranges from D (colourless) to Z (light yellow or brown): D-F Colourless G-J Near Colourless K-M Faint N-R Very Light S-Z Light 
Diamond colour is also described using traditional trade terms, which correspond to the GIA scale as follows: D-E = River F-G = Top Wesselton H = Wesselton I = Top Crystal J = Crystal K-L = Top Cape M-N = Cape O-R = Light Yellow S-Z = Yellow

What is colour?

The cut (the cutting and arrangement of the facets) determines how the diamond interacts with light, fueling its brightness, fire, and scintillation. Therefore, the brilliance of a diamond largely depends on the cut quality, including symmetry, proportions and polish.
GIA’s diamond cut grading scale ranges from Excellent to Poor: Excellent Very Good Good Fair Poor 
We only use diamonds of Very Good quality and up. While the cut refers to how well the diamond is shaped and polished to reflect light, the shape describes its overall form/outline (such as round, heart, or marquise). The most classic shape is the round brilliant cut diamond with 57 facets – diamonds with other outlines are categorized as fancy-shaped diamonds.
