All goods are shipped from Denmark to the delivery address provided at checkout and are fully insured in transit. For security reasons, our parcels do not display our brand name on the exterior packaging.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be redirected to a designated collection point, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), all duties and taxes are handled by us on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. For further details, please refer to section 4 on our Payment page.

For orders containing multiple items, dispatch will take place once all items are ready for shipment.
For deliveries to the United States and Canada, customs authorities may occasionally require additional information, such as a Social Security Number, in order to clear the shipment. If this is required, UPS will contact you directly by email or phone with further instructions.
We offer complimentary standard shipping to all countries available on our shipping list, with no minimum order value required. You can view the full list by clicking ‘SHIP TO’ in the top left corner of the website when browsing on desktop.

For 'IN STOCK' items:
We also offer 'MADE TO ORDER' items with delivery times ranging from 8-30 days. Our customer service can expedite delivery by locating items in our flagship stores. Contact customer service for order updates.
All shipments are fully insured and sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
