Daphne Awards 2026
Serena Sáenz Takes the Spotlight
5/27/2026
A memorable evening for the Daphne Awards, uniting music, science, and artistry. This year’s celebrations brought together artists and guests for a night of outstanding performances and recognitions, with Spanish soprano Serena Sáenz among the evening’s honourees.

Established by the Danish Research Foundation, the Daphne Awards bring together artists and audiences in support of cultural exchange and musical excellence. Set within the beautiful Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen, this year’s gala welcomed a remarkable community of talent and creativity. Among the evening’s honourees, Spanish soprano Serena Sáenz received the Next Generation Award in recognition of her vocal brilliance and artistic presence.
On stage, Serena Sáenz shone in OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN fine jewellery. She wore a striking look paired with diamond-set creations, Funky Stars brooches, Funky Stars earrings, and a Snakes ring.

At a private concert in the days following the awards, Serena Sáenz delivered another captivating performance in an elegant gown, layered with a couture cape designed by Charlotte Lynggaard. In beautiful turquoise tones, Gipsy earrings and a Snakes ring completed the look.
Congratulations to Serena Sáenz and fellow award recipients Jonathan Tetelman and Lang Lang, honoured at the Daphne Awards 2026. We were honoured to be part of this special evening celebrating music and the performing arts.
