Customer Operations is the link between product management, sales management, visual merchandising, trade marketing, field sales management and our customers/international sales channels.

With your experience you will develop and influence the department with an internal strategic focus and at the same time provide the best possible customer service. Moreover your responsibilities will be:


Daily Sales Support to customers and field sales managers

Various daily administrative tasks relating to customer service

Order processing, including handling of mobile orders

Ensure the entry and communication of relevant information via CRM system

Follow up on Sales, Trade-marketing and VM related campaigns towards our customers

Focus on a holistic sales approach towards customers also including proactive sales on the phone/via mail.

In collaboration with Field Sales Management secure the merchandise management at customers based on stock and sell through reports



and your CV confirms that you have great experience and success with the above tasks and projects. You have a positive mind-set, work flexibly with various tasks without losing a sense of perspective or details. You are a self-starter with a huge drive, dedication and initiative. With great passion and commitment you are a helpful and responsible team player. You work solution oriented in a proactive sales and customer-oriented way.

The job requires an experienced customer service/sales support profile and a skilled language profile. French and Danish is a must and English and German on a high level is an advantage. You have good experience with MS Office. Experience with Sales Force and especially Navision is an advantage.
